- Change Management (e.g. what to do when requesting an upgrade to a printer/ PC)
• Consult documented business processes.
• Determine the purpose of the change.
• Analyze the scope of the change.
• Analyze risk involved in making (or not making) the change.
• Plan for the change.
• Educate end users about the need, benefit, and cost of the change.
• Create a dedicated team to manage the change.
• Have a backout plan in place in case the change creates negative consequences.
• Document everything thoroughly.
